How it works
Create a call script using the Script Builder (stage-based conversation flow).
Add leads to a call campaign.
The AI calls leads from your Twilio number.
The AI follows the script, detects objections, and adapts in real time.
Calls are recorded, transcribed, and logged to the lead's profile.
Interested leads are automatically moved to the appropriate CRM stage.
Script Builder
The Script Builder lets you define conversation stages: Opener, Qualification, Pitch, Objection Handling, and Closing. Each stage has a script block and a set of likely responses the AI listens for.
Twilio / VAPI setup
Go to Settings → Integrations → AI Calling. Connect your Twilio account by entering your Account SID and Auth Token, then register a calling number.
Call analytics
- Total calls made / answered / voicemail
- Average call duration
- Conversion rate (calls → meetings booked)
- Per-lead call log with recording and transcript
