WhatsApp Setup
Connect your WhatsApp Business number to Ayorax for two-way AI-powered messaging.
Ayorax integrates with WhatsApp Business API to send automated messages, receive inbound replies, and handle conversations with the AI Sales Agent.
Requirements
- A WhatsApp Business Account (not the regular WhatsApp app)
- A verified Facebook Business Manager account
- A dedicated phone number for business use
Connecting WhatsApp
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp.
Click Connect via Facebook.
Log in to your Facebook Business Manager.
Select the WhatsApp Business Account to link.
Choose the phone number to use.
Verify the number via OTP.
Sending WhatsApp messages
WhatsApp has two message types: Template Messages (pre-approved by Meta, used to initiate conversations) and Session Messages (free-form replies within a 24-hour window). Ayorax handles both automatically.
Unsolicited outreach via WhatsApp violates Meta's policies. Only message leads who have opted in to receive WhatsApp communications from your business.
