Understanding Workspaces
How organizations, workspaces, and white-label instances are structured in Ayorax.
Every Ayorax account belongs to an Organization. The organization is your isolated tenant — all data, settings, and users live within it.
Organization hierarchy
- Organization — the top-level container (your company)
- Members — users who belong to the organization
- Data — leads, campaigns, workflows, inboxes are all org-scoped
- Billing — one subscription per organization
White-label instances (Agency plan)
On the Agency plan, you can create multiple sub-organizations for your clients. Each client gets their own isolated workspace with custom branding, domain, and login page.
Organization settings
Admins can configure the following under Settings → Organization:
- Company name and logo
- Primary and secondary brand colors
- White-label app name and domain
- Login page background and custom message
- Email sender identity (custom from-name and address)
Switching organizations
If you have been invited to multiple organizations, you can switch between them from your profile menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Data is never shared between organizations. Each organization is a fully isolated tenant.
