Add Leads & Connect Your Channels
Bring leads into Ayorax’s built-in CRM and connect WhatsApp, Instagram, email and calling.
Ayorax includes a built-in CRM, so there’s no separate CRM to sync. You bring your leads in, then connect the channels you’ll use to reach them.
Getting leads into Ayorax
- CSV import (CRM → Leads → Import CSV)
- Automated lead generation from web sources
- Web forms and inbound messages that create leads automatically
- REST API to push leads from your own systems
Connecting a channel
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Choose a channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, Email/SMTP, or a calling provider.
Authorise via OAuth or enter your API credentials (they’re encrypted at rest).
Send a test message or place a test call to confirm the connection.

Available channels depend on your plan. Shared-number WhatsApp is available on Starter; dedicated numbers, Instagram and calling unlock on Pro and above.
