Upgrade or Downgrade Plan
Switch plans instantly — upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at renewal.
You can change your Ayorax plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upgrading
Go to Billing Dashboard → Plans.
Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Agency.
Review the prorated charge (you only pay for the remaining days in your current period).
Confirm. The new limits apply immediately.
Downgrading
Click Downgrade on the Plans tab. You'll see a confirmation showing what features you'll lose. The downgrade is scheduled for your next renewal date — you keep full access until then.
Annual vs monthly billing
Toggle Annual billing to save 20% vs monthly. The full annual amount is charged upfront. You can switch back to monthly at renewal — no refunds for unused annual periods.
Adding seats or credits
All plan limits (automations, leads, AI tokens) are org-wide — not per seat. If you need higher limits without upgrading the full plan, contact support@ayorax.com for a custom add-on.
Downgrading does not delete any data — it simply restricts access to features above your new plan's limits.
