How to permanently delete your Ayorax organization and all associated data.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data — leads, campaigns, workflows, conversations, and settings — is erased within 30 days.
Before you delete
- Export any data you need: CRM leads (CSV), audit log, billing invoices
- Cancel your subscription to avoid further charges (deletion automatically cancels)
- Notify team members — their access is revoked immediately
How to delete

Go to Settings → Organization (Admin only).

Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page.

Click Delete Organization.

Type your organization name to confirm.

Click Permanently Delete.
What happens after deletion
- All team members lose access immediately
- All active campaigns and workflows are stopped
- Subscription is cancelled — no further charges
- Data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- A deletion confirmation email is sent to the admin
Deletion cannot be undone. There is no grace period after confirmation. Make sure you have exported everything you need before proceeding.
