What Counts as One Automation?
Understand how automation executions are counted against your monthly plan limit.
One automation execution = one workflow run for one contact that completes at least one step. Multiple steps in the same run for the same contact count as one execution.

Checking your usage
Go to Billing Dashboard → Usage. You'll see a real-time breakdown of automations used this billing period, plus a trend chart.
If you approach your limit, Ayorax sends an alert at 80% and 95%. You can upgrade your plan mid-cycle — the new limit applies immediately.
