Workflow Copilot Guide
Build complete automation workflows by describing them in plain English.
The Workflow Copilot is an AI assistant inside the workflow builder. Describe what you want to automate in plain English, and it builds the workflow for you.
How to use it
Go to Automation → New Workflow.
Click "Use AI Copilot" in the top toolbar.
Type a description of your workflow (examples below).
Review the generated workflow — each step, condition, and delay is pre-filled.
Edit any step as needed, then activate.
Example prompts
- "When a new lead is created, send a personalised email immediately, wait 3 days, then send a WhatsApp if no reply."
- "Every Monday, send a re-engagement email to all leads who haven't replied in 14 days."
- "When a lead's AI score goes above 70, notify the assigned rep and move them to the Qualified stage."
- "After a meeting is booked, send a confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before."
What the Copilot can build
- Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM steps
- Wait / delay steps (minutes, hours, days)
- Condition branches (if/else logic)
- Stop-on-reply rules
- CRM stage update actions
- Team member assignment rules
- In-app & webhook notification steps
The more specific your description, the better the output. Include timing ("after 3 days"), conditions ("if no reply"), and channels ("WhatsApp message").
