Meetings & Booking
Set up your booking page, sync calendars, and let AI book meetings automatically.
The Meetings module connects to your calendar and creates a public booking page. Your AI Sales Agent shares the link automatically with interested leads.
Setting up your booking page
Go to Meetings → New Meeting Type.
Set the meeting name, duration (15/30/45/60 min), and description.
Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
Set your availability (days, hours, buffer between meetings).
Enable "Allow AI to share this link" — this gives the AI agent permission to book on your behalf.
Copy your booking URL (e.g. ayorax.com/book/your-name).
AI-driven booking
When the AI Sales Agent detects that a lead wants to book a meeting (intent: Request Demo or Interested), it automatically shares your booking link in the reply and logs the interaction.
Meeting confirmation & reminders
When a lead books, Ayorax automatically sends a confirmation email (branded with your logo) and a reminder email 24 hours before the meeting.
Public booking page
The public booking page at /meetings/book/:slug is accessible without login. It shows your availability and allows leads to pick a slot, enter their details, and confirm.
