Email Warm-up
Build sender reputation gradually to maximise deliverability before launching campaigns.
Email warm-up gradually increases your sending volume and generates positive engagement signals to build sender reputation with mailbox providers like Gmail and Outlook.
Why warm-up matters
New sending domains and freshly connected inboxes have no reputation. Sending high volumes immediately triggers spam filters. Warm-up over 3–4 weeks builds the trust needed for inbox placement.
Starting warm-up
Go to Settings → Integrations → Email Senders.
Connect your sending mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP).
Click "Start Warm-up" next to the inbox.
Set target daily volume (recommended: your planned campaign volume).
Ayorax automatically sends warm-up emails at a safe ramp rate.
Warm-up schedule
| Week | Daily sends |
|---|---|
| Week 1 | 10–20 |
| Week 2 | 20–50 |
| Week 3 | 50–100 |
| Week 4+ | Full campaign volume |
Spam score monitoring
Ayorax continuously monitors your domain's spam score and flags you if it rises above safe thresholds. Check your deliverability health in Settings → Email Health.
Do not disable warm-up mid-process. Stopping and restarting resets your sender reputation progress.
