Importing Leads via CSV

Ayorax accepts CSV files exported from any CRM or spreadsheet tool. The importer handles field mapping, duplicate detection, and validation automatically.
Preparing your CSV
- Required columns: First Name or Full Name, Email
- Optional columns: Last Name, Company, Phone, Job Title, Source, Tags, Notes
- Dates should be in YYYY-MM-DD format
- Multiple tags can be separated by a pipe character (|)
- Maximum 10,000 rows per upload
Running the import

Go to CRM → Leads → Import CSV.

Upload your file (CSV or TSV, max 10 MB).

Map each column to an Ayorax field in the column mapper.

Review the preview — Ayorax flags rows with missing emails or invalid formats.

Choose duplicate handling: Skip duplicates, Update existing, or Create both.

Click Import. Leads appear in your CRM within seconds.
Imported leads are tagged with "csv-import" automatically. You can use this tag to target them with a specific campaign or workflow.
