The AI Knowledge Base is where you teach Ayorax everything about your business. The more context you provide, the more accurate and persuasive the AI's replies will be.

How to access it

Go to AI Sales Agent → AI Knowledge Base (Manager/Admin only). The page has six tabs.

Tab 1 — Business Info

Business name and one-sentence description
Industry (auto-selects the best sales playbook)
Target customer description
Key pain points your product solves
Primary value proposition

Tab 2 — Products & Pricing

Add each product or service with name, description, key benefits, and price. Also add competitor comparisons — why leads should choose you over alternatives.

Never list features without outcomes. Write "Saves 8 hours/week of manual follow-up" not "has automated sequences". The AI enforces the benefits rule but it starts with what you provide.

Tab 3 — AI Personality

Tone: Friendly, Formal, Consultative, Aggressive, Empathetic, Casual
Custom persona (e.g. "Alex, a senior sales advisor")
Banned phrases (phrases the AI should never use)
Signature phrases (lines the AI should naturally weave in)
Primary language (default; auto-detect always enabled)

Tab 4 — Sales Playbook

Select an industry playbook (SaaS, E-commerce, Real Estate, Agency, Healthcare, etc.) or write your own. The playbook tells the AI what fears to address, what desires to amplify, and which urgency levers to use.

Tab 5 — Knowledge Base

Add FAQ entries (question + answer) and free-form knowledge entries (e.g. case studies, testimonials, policy documents). Each entry is injected into relevant AI prompts automatically.

Tab 6 — Channels & Escalation

Enable/disable the AI per channel
Set meeting booking link (e.g. Calendly URL)
Set demo link
Configure escalation keywords and escalation email

Use "Preview Prompt" at the top to see exactly what system prompt the AI receives before you save. This is the fastest way to verify your configuration.
